2026 is shaping up to be a big year for xYnta. In January, we launched Helios — our new monitoring system that keeps a constant eye on our servers. Today, we're taking the next step: our completely redesigned website is now live. It's not just a fresh look — a lot has changed under the hood as well. Here's what's new and why we made these choices.
What's new?
Over the past year, we took a close look at every part of our services and website. We drew on feedback we've received from customers over the years — and on what's technically possible today. That led to a number of concrete improvements.
Dutch and English
Our website is now available in both Dutch and English. Our new customer panel — Orbit, launching this summer — will also be available in both languages.
Improved website check tool
The website check tool has been significantly improved. You can now check the technical health of your website faster and more accurately than before.
New hosting advisor
Not sure which hosting package suits you best? Our new hosting advisor asks you a few questions about your needs and gives you a tailored recommendation right away. And if you're still unsure, we're always happy to help you personally.
Knowledge base and status page built right in
Our knowledge base and status page are now integrated as splash pages on our website. That means you can search our knowledge base or check for outages and planned maintenance directly — without having to go anywhere else.
Redesigned hosting and server packages
Our packages have been completely rebuilt. They fit better with what customers actually need, offer a clearer upgrade path, and make it easier to choose the right plan. You can read more in our post about the new packages.
Behind the scenes
Our new website is connected to Orbit — the customer management system we're currently building. Through Orbit, both you and we will eventually manage every aspect of your services in one place. The website isn't just a new face — it's part of a larger whole that we'll be rolling out throughout this year.
Why now?
We've been doing this for 22 years, and our starting point has always been the same: things can and should always be better. Standing still is not an option — not for us, and not for our customers. Over the past period we took the time to prepare everything properly, so that what we launch this year is genuinely solid. The new website is the first visible step in that process. We'll share more about what's coming later this year very soon. You can read more about how we're using AI in all of this in our post about AI.
What do you think?
We'd love to hear your thoughts — good or bad. Your feedback helps us keep improving. Feel free to get in touch and let us know what you think of the new website.
