When you call with a question, you speak to us — not to a script. When there is a disruption, we inform you directly. And if a less expensive package suits you better, we say so. Not because we have to, but because we believe you deserve that and honesty is the foundation of everything we do.

We do what we are good at, and nothing else. Hosting, servers, domain names — we know these inside out. For matters outside our expertise we bring in partners who do know them. That is a deliberate choice — it is how you deliver good service without improvising at the customer's expense.

Most of our customers have been with us for years. That is no coincidence — we invest in the relationship, not just the service. We think along as you grow, flag things we see coming and are available when it matters. No account manager who looks up your name, but the team that manages your hosting or server environment every day.

Own hardware, own network and direct connections

We do not rent server capacity from a large cloud provider. We buy our own servers, build our own network and manage our own IP addresses. That costs more, but it also means that in most cases there is no third party we need to call when something goes wrong — we know exactly what is running and sort it out ourselves.

Our infrastructure is housed in two Previder data centres in Rijen, connected via our own dark fibre link. Data is replicated three times, the network is fully redundant and all equipment is powered from two independent power sources. Not as a sales pitch, but as everyday reality.

We are a RIPE member and use exclusively our own IPv4 and IPv6 addresses. For domain names we work directly with SIDN, DNSBE and EURid — no intermediaries, no delays and always direct communication.

In 2025 we achieved an uptime of 99.992%. That is no coincidence — we monitor our services continuously, act preventively where possible and communicate openly and directly when something does go wrong.

Response time: 23 minutes on average

Our average response time is 23 minutes. Within office hours we respond within one hour — outside office hours within 12 hours, but often much faster. A small team that acts quickly.

Honest and transparent pricing

We charge a fair price and only raise it when we truly have no alternative. When we do, we tell you exactly why — a supplier price increase or higher costs. Never without reason, never in silence.

Continuously improving

We actively listen to feedback, test new technologies and regularly build something new to improve our services. We are never finished — and that is exactly how we want it.

Proactive monitoring

We monitor your environment across more than 100 data points. We intervene preventively before you are affected — and if something does go wrong, we inform you directly, honestly and without delay.

We are a small, close-knit team that knows our customers and their environments inside out. No anonymous support desk — when you call, you speak to us and we know immediately what it is about.
