Our monitoring system continuously checks your server for errors, overload and unavailability. We detect issues early and resolve them before they affect your websites.

Yes, at any time. The server management package is completely separate from your VPS package and can be changed easily.
Get in touch with us and let us know which package you want to switch to. We will arrange the activation and notify you once the higher management level is active. Downgrading to a lower package is also possible.
We monitor your server on more than 100 different data points — including availability, CPU usage, memory load, disk space, server processes and more. This happens 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our AI monitoring system analyses patterns in the measurement data and recognises anomalies before they lead to an outage. When the system flags something, we receive an immediate alert and act proactively. This significantly reduces the number of disruptions, but does not offer an absolute guarantee.
Every Managed VPS customer has access to our 24/7 emergency line for urgent outages. We are reachable by phone day and night and act as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
