Every Managed VPS package comes with Manage Core — our standard server management. We handle maintenance, security, monitoring and daily backups so your server is always ready to use, up to date and secure.
We make sure your server is always up to date, running securely and protected against downtime and attacks. From monthly maintenance and proactive monitoring to daily backups — everything is taken care of before you are affected.

Monthly maintenance
Every month we update the operating system, control panel and all server software. This keeps your server stable, secure and up to date — without you having to do anything yourself.
Proactive monitoring
Our monitoring system continuously checks your server for errors, overload and unavailability. We detect issues early and resolve them before they affect your websites.
Security and SSL
Your server is protected with ConfigServer Firewall, ModSecurity and automatic security updates. SSL certificates are installed and renewed as standard for all domains on your server.
Daily backups
We create a daily backup of your server and store it off-site for 7 days. Through our client portal you can easily restore individual files, databases or your entire server.
Remote hands support
Each package includes remote hands hours for tasks you cannot perform yourself via the control panel. Think of installing software, adjusting configurations or other server tasks on request.

Manage Core includes monthly maintenance, daily backups, a software firewall, proactive monitoring and 1 hour of remote hands per month. This is the foundation that keeps your server running properly at all times.
Want more? Choose Manage Plus or Manage Pro for higher maintenance frequency, more daily backups and more included remote hands hours.
Manage Plus and Manage Pro build on Manage Core and add the following:
- Manage Plus — 2x maintenance per month, 2x daily backups (14 restore points) and 2 hours of remote hands. Suitable if you want more regularity and a higher backup frequency.
- Manage Pro — 4x maintenance per month, 4x daily backups (28 restore points) and 3 hours of remote hands. For environments where continuity and minimal data loss during recovery are essential.

Remote hands are included hours per month you can use for server tasks that you cannot perform yourself via the control panel. Examples include:
- Installing software or tools on your server
- Changing server configurations
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Checks and minor adjustments on request
You submit a request, we carry out the task — within the included hours of your package. Need more hours? Get in touch with us.
Yes, at any time. The server management package is completely separate from your VPS package and can be changed easily.
Get in touch with us and let us know which package you want to switch to. We will arrange the activation and notify you once the higher management level is active. Downgrading to a lower package is also possible.
We monitor your server on more than 100 different data points — including availability, CPU usage, memory load, disk space, server processes and more. This happens 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our AI monitoring system analyses patterns in the measurement data and recognises anomalies before they lead to an outage. When the system flags something, we receive an immediate alert and act proactively. This significantly reduces the number of disruptions, but does not offer an absolute guarantee.
Every Managed VPS customer has access to our 24/7 emergency line for urgent outages. We are reachable by phone day and night and act as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
During an outage you can count on:
