Every Managed VPS package is delivered ready to use, including server management, back-ups and a fully configured control panel.
Proactive management and 24/7 monitoring
With a Managed VPS package, you do not need to worry about the day-to-day management of your server. We deliver it ready to use. We monitor your server continuously on more than 100 data points and intervene as soon as something deviates or shows signs of going wrong — often before you notice anything. In the event of an outage, we are available by phone 24/7.
After delivery, we fine-tune your server based on your actual usage. We then carry out monthly maintenance: updates, security checks and adjustments where needed. You will receive an automated report of this each month.
Your server comes with a firewall, ModSecurity and SSL as standard. Have a technical task you would rather leave to us? The included hour of remote-hands support per month is there for exactly that.

Daily back-ups, always a copy ready
We create a full back-up of your server every day, stored in a separate data centre. This keeps your data safe, even if something goes wrong with the server itself. By default, we retain 7 restore points and create a daily back-up. Need more? Frequency and retention are easy to adjust or extend.
You restore data yourself via the client portal — no need to contact us. Choose exactly what to restore: a single file, a database or your entire server. Back-ups can also be downloaded as an archive, useful if you want to keep a local copy.
There is nothing to configure or keep track of. We handle back-ups fully automatically and regularly verify that everything is running correctly. That way, you can be confident that a recent copy is always ready.
