DirectAdmin is a stable and widely used control panel for managing your server, websites and email accounts. The Legacy variant is included free with every Managed VPS package — ready to use straight away, at no extra cost. For most situations, this is exactly what you need.
Want to run newer software? Then DirectAdmin Standard is the better choice. Legacy supports LTS operating systems (versions that prioritise stability) and database software up to MariaDB 10.6. Standard supports more recent versions — useful if you depend on newer features or security updates.

Yes. Within Plesk you can upgrade or downgrade between the three editions on a monthly basis: Web Admin, Web Pro and Web Host. The editions differ in the number of domains you can manage — up to 10, up to 30 and unlimited respectively — and in the features available. You always pay the rate that corresponds to your active edition.
