What we take care of for your server

From proactive monitoring to monthly reporting — these six components are included in every package, every month.

Monitoring

Your server is monitored day and night via our AI system across more than 100 data points. If something goes wrong, we step in straight away and resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

Maintenance

We keep your server up to date — at least once a month, more often when needed. Updates are only installed after careful testing, and we optimise the configuration based on your actual usage.

Security

We make sure your server is properly secured as standard and review the configuration regularly. If you have specific requirements, we are happy to tailor the setup to your situation and preferences.

Backups

Every day we back up your server and store it off-site. If something goes wrong, you can easily restore a file, a database, or your full server at any time via the client portal.

Remote-hands

Any server-related work outside the included management can be carried out by us against the applicable remote-hands rate — flexible and always planned in consultation with you.

Reporting

We keep track of everything we do on your server and record it in a clear report. You always know what has been done — from updates and optimisations to any findings.

When you take out a Remote management package, we are the only party with root and administrator access to your server.

This means there is always one clear responsible party: we know exactly how your server is set up, all work and configuration changes are documented, and we can act quickly and precisely when something goes wrong.

Shell access at user level remains available. Not sharing root and administrator access is a deliberate choice — and one of the ways we aim to provide you with the best possible service.

Not a problem. We coordinate the handover at a time that works for you and ensure a smooth transition. We start by taking stock of the current situation before officially taking over management.

Our 24/7 emergency number is available for incidents that require immediate attention. We respond as quickly as possible and resolve the problem for you. What counts as an emergency and what as a regular request is agreed with you in advance.

Yes, all Remote management packages can be cancelled on a monthly basis — with no minimum contract duration and no setup costs. You can end or adjust the management at any time.

The standard management tasks cover monitoring, maintenance, security, backups, and reporting. Work outside these tasks — such as software installations, application configuration, migrations, or specific customisation — is handled as remote-hands work.

This is always planned in consultation with you and at the applicable remote-hands rate. You are informed in advance of the expected time and costs involved.
