After ordering your package, you request the migration service. You provide the login details of your current provider — we will explain exactly what we need for that.
We carefully migrate your website, database and email to your new package — usually within one working day. Only after a successful migration do we transfer your domain name.
We carefully migrate your website files, database, email addresses and email contents to your new hosting package. The domain name is only transferred after the migration has been completed successfully — so your website remains accessible throughout the process.
