Our packages have existed in roughly the same form for more than ten years. They have been expanded along the way — with new features such as the AI Website Builder or more server capacity — but the basics have stayed largely the same. The market has not stood still, and neither has the feedback we have received from customers over the years. Together with the launch of our new website, this was the right moment to take a fresh look at everything we offer. The result: new packages for every service we provide, from web hosting to managed VPS and from email hosting to Microsoft 365.
What has changed — and why?
The new packages are better matched to what customers actually need. They are more clearly structured, more fairly priced and come with a clear growth path. It should be obvious where to start and which package you can move to as your website or business grows. With our previous packages, that was not always clear enough. Over the years we have seen many customers grow from a starter package all the way to their own server — and we want to make that path easier to follow.
Web hosting
The most notable changes to our web hosting packages:
- A free .nl domain name is no longer included. We noticed that many customers chose a different extension anyway and never benefited from this. By separating the two, the entry price is now lower for everyone.
- Our smallest package now comes with 5 GB of storage instead of 10 GB. After reviewing usage across our servers, this turned out to be more than enough for most customers. If you need more space, upgrading to a larger package is straightforward.
- Our middle package is now the same price as our former starter package — but offers more storage and more server capacity.
Managed VPS
For our Managed VPS packages, we have removed the distinction between premium and power packages. Beyond higher specifications, there was no real difference between the two, which regularly caused confusion. We now offer five clear packages, each with its own price and specifications. Our so-called ultra packages have also been removed — there was barely any demand for them. Customers almost always chose one of the other packages and sourced any additional software themselves. The range is now simpler and easier to navigate.
WordPress Hosting
Our WordPress Hosting packages have also been updated — mainly to make the difference with our regular web hosting packages clearer. Because there is a real difference. WordPress Hosting includes:
- WordPress support from our support team
- Double the server capacity
- More storage
- AI Website Builder
- A server platform specifically optimised for WordPress and WooCommerce
Both package types can host a WordPress or WooCommerce website — but WordPress Hosting is the better choice if you want more speed, space and support.
What happens to your current package?
Do you currently have a package that is no longer part of our new range? You can simply stay on it for now. It will also remain possible to switch between old packages for the time being. However, it is no longer possible to order old packages as a new customer.
