As the end of the year approaches, we would like to take a moment to reflect on the past year. We want to thank you for the trust and the pleasant collaboration we have been able to experience again this year. That trust motivates us to keep investing in our services and to continue improving the way we serve our customers.
What's coming?
Behind the scenes, we have been busy preparing the next steps for xYnta. We are working on a renewed website, a more modern customer and web hosting control panel, and are simultaneously preparing an update to our range of services, which will also include new additions. Our goal is to make everything clearer, more user-friendly, and future-proof.
Helios: our new monitoring system
An important first step is the launch of our new monitoring system Helios. This system recently went live and has already been partially integrated into the existing Mijn xYnta environment. Helios is part of Orbit, the new overarching customer system we expect to fully roll out in the first quarter of 2026.
With Helios, we gain better and more up-to-date insight into all the servers we manage. This allows us to respond more quickly to potential issues and to recognise trends in load and usage at an earlier stage. It helps us to support customers with their own server more effectively, and in many cases to prevent issues before they become noticeable.
Holiday period and availability
Finally, we wish you a wonderful holiday season and a happy, healthy, and successful new year. On Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day, our phone lines will be closed. Emails and chats will be answered with a slight delay on these days. On all other days, we are available during our regular opening hours.
