Over the past few weeks, we have been working hard to improve the way we provide support, communicate maintenance, and help customers resolve issues themselves — so you spend less time waiting and can easily handle common tasks on your own.
We are proud to introduce a number of improvements:
- A completely renewed knowledge base, now featuring more than 150 easy-to-follow videos, available in both Dutch and English.
- A simplified status page, where you can see at a glance whether there are any outages or scheduled maintenance. Current notifications are clearly shown at the top, with easy-to-understand explanations.
- Targeted email notifications: where maintenance and outage emails were previously opt-in, you will now receive them by default. Thanks to our new system, you will only receive notifications that are truly relevant to your services.
- An improved website check tool: enter your domain name and we will instantly check around 50 important points. You will immediately see if there are any issues and receive advice on possible solutions.
