We stand behind our hosting packages with confidence. If your package does not meet your expectations, you can cancel it within 30 days of ordering and receive the purchase amount back. No lengthy procedures, no questions — simply contact us and we will arrange the refund.

The guarantee applies to our Web Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Email Hosting and Reseller Hosting packages. Domain names fall outside the guarantee, as the costs involved are charged directly by external registrars and are non-refundable.

The guarantee applies once per customer and is intended for normal use of the service. For PayPal or credit card payments, we process the refund after three months. Upgrades to existing packages and monthly services such as Managed VPS fall outside the guarantee.

Exclusions
