Backups with our hosting packages are fully automatic and included as standard — no extra configuration or subscription required.
We create a full daily backup of your hosting environment — including website files, databases and email accounts. Backups are stored on a separate server in a different data centre, keeping your data protected even in the event of an outage or incident on the primary server.
Via the control panel you can easily restore what you need. Choose a restore point from the past seven days and recover what you need — a single file, a database or your entire environment. Would you prefer us to handle the restore? Our team is available around the clock.
With Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting backups are managed via JetBackup — a professional backup solution that enables recovery at file, folder and database level. With WordPress Hosting recovery is handled via Plesk and WordPress Toolkit.

What our backups do for you
From automatic storage to selective recovery — these are the key features of the backup functionality included as standard with your hosting package.
Automatic and daily
Every night we automatically create a full backup of your hosting environment. Backups are retained for seven days — on day eight the oldest backup is automatically overwritten.
Selective recovery
Via JetBackup you choose exactly what to restore — a single file, a folder, an email account or a database. This way you never unnecessarily overwrite other files with an older backup.
Download your backup
Via JetBackup you select which files, email or databases you want to download. Once the backup is ready, you download it directly via the control panel to your own computer.
Offsite storage
Your backups are stored on a separate backup server in a different data centre — physically separated from your live environment. This keeps your data protected in the event of an outage or incident on the primary server.
Create a backup yourself
In addition to the daily automatic backups you can create a backup yourself at any time via the control panel or Installatron. Useful before applying an update or making major changes.
Daily checks
We check daily whether all backups have been completed correctly and in full. This ensures your data is safely stored and immediately available whenever you need it.
