Do you have a question about your existing package? Below you will find answers to the most common questions.

Upgrading is always possible, even mid-term. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your billing period — at the end of the year for annual packages, or at the end of the month for monthly packages. We are happy to arrange it for you — just contact us via support or chat.

Yes, you can switch whenever you like. Upgrading takes effect immediately, downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing period. Please keep in mind that once you have switched, returning to a legacy package is no longer possible.

We are happy to help you find the right fit. The current packages are more competitively priced and offer more for your money. Feel free to contact us — we are happy to give you advice.

You can switch between legacy packages until 1 May 2027. Upgrades and downgrades are guaranteed to be available until that date.

We have no plans to require customers to move to a current package. Switching is always an option — but only if you want to.

Yes, your price will change. When upgrading, you pay the difference immediately for the remaining time in your current billing period. When downgrading, the new, lower price takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

You can simply keep your package. We have no plans to require customers to switch to one of the current packages. Should anything ever change, we will let you know well in advance.

The current packages offer significantly more than the legacy packages — faster SSD storage, LiteSpeed caching, daily backups, and a free SSL certificate are all included as standard.
