Do you have a question about a specific change or our pricing policy? We are happy to help.

We believe it is important that you always know where you stand. A price change is never pleasant news — but we want to inform you as early and as clearly as possible. This page provides a complete overview of all recent and upcoming changes, so you are never caught off guard.

We only adjust our prices when rising costs require us to do so — for example, due to a price increase from one of our suppliers or rising procurement costs. In that case, we increase our price by the same amount as the increase we face ourselves — never more.

We do not apply annual indexation when it is not necessary. We believe in doing business fairly and transparently — that is what makes us a reliable partner.

We always announce price changes in advance by e-mail. That e-mail will state which service is affected, what the new price will be, and when the change takes effect. This gives you time to take it into account — and if you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us.

Yes. If our procurement costs decrease — for example, when a domain extension registry lowers its prices — we pass that reduction on to you. This page shows both: increases and decreases. You can filter the overview by direction if you would like to view decreases only.
